Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair laptop hardware and software issues. Perform troubleshooting of components such as motherboards, RAM, HDD/SSD, displays, keyboards, batteries, and charging circuits. Carry out laptop chip-level repair, component replacement, and servicing. Install and configure operating systems, drivers, software, and applications. Identify faults using diagnostic tools and repair equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and device cleaning. Handle customer complaints and provide technical solutions. Maintain service records, repair reports, and inventory of spare parts. Ensure repaired devices meet quality standards before delivery. Provide basic guidance to customers regarding device usage and maintenance.
