Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and machinery. Troubleshoot electrical faults in machines, motors, control panels, and electrical circuits. Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and circuit schematics. Handle installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment. Inspect and maintain control panels, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, contactors, relays, sensors, and motors. Monitor machine electrical performance and minimize breakdowns and downtime. Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for timely resolution of electrical issues. Maintain electrical maintenance records, checklists, and breakdown reports. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, 5S, and preventive maintenance schedules. Support electrical improvement and energy-saving initiatives.
