Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Stores Executive with strong experience in a Press Shop / Manufacturing environment to manage store operations, inventory control, material movement, and documentation. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely availability of raw materials, maintaining accurate stock records, and coordinating with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day stores and inventory operations in a press shop environment. Handle inward, storage, issue, and outward movement of raw materials, components, and finished goods. Ensure timely availability of sheet metal coils, sheets, components, consumables, and production materials. Maintain accurate stock records and monitor inventory levels. Prepare and verify GRN, material issue slips, stock transfer documents, and dispatch documents. Coordinate with Purchase for material receipts and shortages. Coordinate with Production and PPC for material requirements and production schedules. Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counting. Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and avoid stock-outs or excess inventory. Handle rejected, surplus, and non-moving materials with proper identification and records. Maintain proper storage, identification, and traceability of materials. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and inventory reports. Ensure implementation
