Key Responsibilities Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements and order schedules. Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments. Prepare and monitor production schedules according to available machine and manpower capacity. Track production progress and identify delays, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints. Prepare Material Requirement Plans (MRP) and coordinate with Purchase and Stores for material availability. Monitor raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory. Ensure production targets and customer delivery schedules are achieved. Maintain production planning reports, MIS, and daily status updates. Analyze production data, machine utilization, rejection, and downtime to improve planning efficiency. Follow up on pending orders and communicate delivery status to concerned departments. Support capacity planning, manpower planning, and production forecasting. Maintain proper planning documentation and ER
