Key Responsibilities Operate CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for dimensional and geometric inspection. Prepare and execute CMM inspection programs as per engineering drawings. Perform inspection of components for dimensions, GD&T, profile, position, flatness, roundness, perpendicularity, and concentricity. Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements. Use CMM software such as PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar software. Prepare CMM inspection reports and maintain quality documentation. Verify first-piece, in-process, and final inspection requirements. Identify dimensional deviations and coordinate with the Quality and Production teams for corrective action. Maintain CMM equipment, probes, fixtures, and inspection tools. Ensure proper calibration and cleanliness of measuring equipment. Support customer inspections, audits, and quality improvement activities.
