Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced VMC Programmer cum Supervisor to handle CNC/VMC programming, machine setup, production supervision, and shop floor operations. The candidate will be responsible for developing programs, optimizing machining processes, supervising operators, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are achieved.

Key Responsibilities Develop and edit CNC VMC programs using suitable programming methods and controls. Set up VMC machines, including tool selection, work offsets, tool offsets, and fixture setting. Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications. Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining parameters. Perform first-piece inspection and ensure components meet dimensional requirements. Supervise VMC operators and allocate jobs according to production requirements. Monitor production, machine utilization, rejection, and cycle times. Optimize programs and machining processes to improve productivity and reduce cycle time. Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and programming-related issues. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams. Maintain production records, tool lists, program records, and shift reports. Ensure implementation of 5S, safety procedures, and quality standards on the shop floor.
