Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to inspect components and finished products and ensure they meet required quality standards and customer specifications. The candidate will be responsible for dimensional inspection, identifying defects, maintaining quality records, and coordinating with the production team to resolve quality issues.

Key Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of components and finished products. Inspect products as per engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Perform dimensional and visual inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, and other measuring instruments. Identify defects, deviations, and non-conforming materials. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, rejection reports, and quality records. Conduct first-piece inspection and support production quality checks. Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve quality-related issues. Ensure rejected materials are properly identified and segregated. Support PDI, customer inspections, and quality audits. Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S and safety procedures.
