The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical/electronic faults, minimizing machine downtime, and ensuring smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC/VMC machines, robotic systems, and automated equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic, electrical, and control system faults. Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, servo drives, sensors, encoders, relays, and control panels. Troubleshoot CNC machine control systems and identify electronic component failures. Handle maintenance of industrial robots and coordinate with robotics teams for fault resolution. Analyze machine alarms, error codes, and control system failures. Carry out component replacement, wiring checks, calibration, and system testing. Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and machine history records. Coordinate with Production and external service providers for critical breakdowns. Identify recurring failures and implement corrective and preventive actions. Maintain spare parts inventory for critical electronic and automation components.
