Key Responsibilities Maintain and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) as per company requirements. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards, as applicable. Prepare, review, and control quality procedures, work instructions, formats, and records. Conduct internal process and system audits and prepare audit reports. Coordinate with departments for closure of audit observations and non-conformities. Handle Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and monitor their effectiveness. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using 5 Why, Fishbone, and other quality tools. Monitor quality objectives, KPIs, customer complaints, rejection, and process performance. Support customer, certification, and surveillance audits. Maintain documents related to Control Plan, PFMEA, SOPs, inspection standards, and quality records. Conduct awareness and training programs related to QMS and quality procedures. Drive Kaizen, continuous improvement, 5S, and process improvement activities. Prepare
