Key Responsibilities: Plan and monitor preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities. Supervise and guide the maintenance team for effective day-to-day operations. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues. Ensure minimum machine downtime and quick resolution of breakdowns. Maintain maintenance records, reports, checklists, and equipment history. Coordinate with production, quality, stores, and external vendors for maintenance requirements. Monitor spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials to ensure availability. Implement preventive measures to improve machine efficiency and reliability. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures. Identify recurring breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
