Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various sources. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services. Conduct regular customer follow-ups and maintain accurate records. Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally. Achieve assigned sales, collection, or business development targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services. Visit customers and prospective clients when required. Prepare daily/weekly reports related to customer interactions and business activities. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and support customer retention.
