Key Responsibilities: Conduct research and development activities for new and existing products. Support product design, development, testing, and validation activities. Analyze technical requirements and develop suitable engineering solutions. Prepare and maintain technical documents, specifications, drawings, and reports. Conduct trials, testing, and performance evaluations of products. Identify product improvement opportunities and implement design/process modifications. Coordinate with design, production, quality, purchase, and other departments. Support prototype development and product testing. Investigate technical issues and assist in root cause analysis. Ensure developed products meet quality, performance, cost, and customer requirements. Maintain records of R&D activities, test results, and development progress.
