Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow. Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and manpower requirements. Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action. Prepare daily work and production/activity reports. Train and guide team members as required. Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment. Report operational issues and performance updates to management.
