• Key Responsibilities Operate CNC Laser Cutting Machines for sheet metal cutting. Set up machines according to job requirements, material type, and thickness. Load and run laser cutting programs and adjust machine parameters as required. Read and understand engineering drawings and cutting layouts. Select appropriate cutting parameters for different materials such as MS, SS, and Aluminium. Perform first-piece and in-process inspection to ensure dimensional accuracy. Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities or breakdowns. Handle loading, unloading, and proper identification of sheet metal materials. Minimize material wastage through proper nesting and cutting practices. Maintain production records, job cards, and machine-related documentation. Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance activities. Follow 5S, safety procedures, and quality standards on the shop floor.
