Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Welder with hands-on experience in CO₂ (MIG/MAG) and TIG welding to perform welding and fabrication activities as per engineering drawings and quality requirements. The candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and defect-free weld joints while maintaining safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities Perform CO₂/MIG and TIG welding on MS, SS, and other metal components. Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and dimensions. Set welding machines, current, voltage, gas flow, and other parameters according to job requirements. Prepare and fit components before welding to ensure proper alignment. Perform tack welding and final welding as per specified procedures. Inspect weld joints for defects such as cracks, porosity, undercut, and improper penetration. Perform grinding, finishing, and cleaning of welded components when required. Maintain welding equipment, tools, and consumables properly. Follow approved WPS, quality standards, and safety procedures. Coordinate with Fitters, Production, and Quality teams to resolve welding-related issues. Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S practices on the shop floor.
