Key Responsibilities Handle daily back office operations, documentation, and data management. Maintain records, files, and company documents accurately. Perform data entry and update information in MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems. Prepare reports, MIS reports, and maintain operational records. Handle email communication, document preparation, and office correspondence. Coordinate with different departments for required information and follow-ups. Support sales, accounts, and administration teams with documentation work. Maintain customer and vendor records. Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks. Required Skills Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of data entry, documentation, and reporting. Good typing speed and accuracy. Knowledge of ERP/Tally software is an added advantage. Good communication and coordination skills.
