Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of industrial machinery. Inspect machines and equipment to identify mechanical issues and faults. Dismantle, repair, replace, and assemble machine components as required. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems. Carry out alignment, fitting, lubrication, and basic machine adjustments. Attend to machine breakdowns and restore equipment within minimum downtime. Maintain maintenance records and breakdown reports. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations. Ensure availability and proper use of maintenance tools and spare parts. Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards at all times. Maintain proper housekeeping in the maintenance area.
