Key Responsibilities Assist in production, fabrication, machining, and assembly activities. Support operators, fitters, welders, and technicians in daily tasks. Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished goods. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping on the shop floor. Assist in packing, dispatch, and material handling activities. Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks efficiently. Ensure proper use of tools and equipment. Follow all safety and quality guidelines. Required Skills Basic understanding of manufacturing or workshop environments. Ability to perform physical work and material handling. Hardworking, disciplined, and willing to learn. Good teamwork and communication skills.
