Ensure assigned tasks are completed within the given timeline. Coordinate with customers, staff, vendors, and internal departments. Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of field employees. Identify field-level issues and take appropriate corrective action. Maintain daily field reports, attendance records, and activity reports. Ensure proper use and maintenance of company materials and equipment. Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines. Report daily activities, issues, and progress to management. Train and guide field staff whenever required.
