• Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and control overall production activities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Develop production plans based on customer requirements and delivery schedules. Monitor manpower, machine capacity, material availability, and production efficiency. Supervise Production Engineers, Supervisors, Operators, and shop-floor personnel. Ensure smooth coordination between Production, PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch. Monitor machine utilization, productivity, cycle time, rejection, rework, and downtime. Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions. Ensure products are manufactured as per quality standards, engineering drawings, and customer specifications. Drive continuous improvement, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and productivity improvement initiatives. Control production costs and minimize material wastage, rejection, and machine downtime. Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, work instructions, safety procedures.
