Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities. Handle existing customers and maintain strong business relationships. Make customer calls and visits to understand requirements and generate leads. Present company products/services and explain their features and benefits. Prepare and share quotations as per customer requirements. Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries. Coordinate with production, purchase, dispatch, and accounts teams for order execution. Maintain sales records, customer databases, and regular sales reports. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Handle customer queries and resolve basic sales-related issues
