• Key Responsibilities: Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial automation systems. Design and configure SCADA screens, monitoring systems, alarms, and data visualization. Handle PLC and HMI programming as per machine and process requirements. Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems. Diagnose PLC, HMI, SCADA, sensors, control panels, and communication-related issues. Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, production, and maintenance teams. Prepare and maintain PLC/SCADA program backups, technical documentation, and reports. Interface PLCs with VFDs, servo drives, sensors, actuators, and other field devices. Support machine commissioning at customer sites whenever required. Ensure automation systems operate safely and efficiently. Provide technical support for breakdowns and implement suitable corrective actions.
