Key Responsibilities Operate VMC machines for machining various components. Perform machine setup, tool setting, work offset, and job loading/unloading. Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances. Load and execute CNC programs and make basic program corrections when required. Select appropriate cutting tools and monitor tool wear. Perform first-piece and in-process inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments. Monitor machining operations and ensure required dimensional accuracy. Identify and report machine, tooling, or quality-related issues. Maintain production records and job-related documentation. Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance activities. Follow 5S, safety procedures, and quality standards on the shop floor. Required Skills Hands-on experience operating VMC machines. Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi CNC controls is preferred. Basic knowledge of G-code and M-code.
