Key Responsibilities Operate HMC machines for precision machining of components. Perform machine setup, tool setting, work offset, and job loading/unloading. Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and GD&T. Load and execute CNC programs and make basic program corrections when required. Select appropriate cutting tools and monitor tool wear. Set and adjust tool offsets and work coordinates for accurate machining. Perform first-piece and in-process inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, and other measuring instruments. Monitor machining operations and ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Identify and report machine, tooling, and quality-related problems. Maintain production records, job cards, and inspection reports. Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance activities. Follow 5S, safety procedures, and quality standards on the shop floor.
