Key Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of machined components. Inspect components as per engineering drawings, specifications, and tolerances. Perform dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge, and other measuring instruments. Understand and interpret GD&T and engineering drawings. Conduct first-piece inspection and support production quality checks. Identify defects, dimensional deviations, and non-conforming components. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, rejection reports, and quality records. Coordinate with Production and CNC/HMC/VMC operators to resolve quality issues. Ensure rejected materials are properly identified and segregated. Support customer inspections and quality audits. Maintain measuring instruments and ensure proper calibration. Follow 5S, safety procedures, and quality standards on the shop floor.
