We are looking for a skilled Turner Operator to operate conventional lathe machines and perform turning, facing, threading, drilling, boring, and other machining operations. The candidate will be responsible for producing accurate components as per engineering drawings and maintaining required quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities: Operate conventional lathe machines for various machining operations. Perform turning, facing, threading, grooving, drilling, boring, and chamfering operations. Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances. Select and set appropriate cutting tools as per job requirements. Set up workpieces properly and ensure correct machine alignment. Check component dimensions using vernier caliper, micrometer, and other measuring instruments. Maintain required dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Monitor tool condition and replace or adjust tools when required. Identify machining defects and take necessary corrective action. Maintain machine cleanliness, lubrication, and basic machine care. Follow production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures.
