Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery. Identify and troubleshoot mechanical problems in machines and equipment. Carry out repair, replacement, fitting, alignment, and assembly of machine components. Check and maintain bearings, shafts, gears, chains, belts, pumps, and other mechanical parts. Perform machine installation, dismantling, and shifting activities when required. Carry out lubrication and routine inspection of machinery. Attend machine breakdowns promptly to minimize production downtime. Maintain maintenance records and report major breakdowns to the supervisor. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth machine operation. Follow safety procedures and maintain proper housekeeping in the maintenance area.
