Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Boring Operator to operate and monitor CNC boring machines for accurate machining of components as per engineering drawings and production requirements. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, tool selection, dimensional inspection, and maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC boring machines for machining various components. Set up the machine, workholding fixtures, tools, and cutting parameters. Read and understand engineering drawings and machining instructions. Load and unload components safely and accurately. Check tool condition and replace tools when required. Monitor machining operations and make necessary offset corrections. Inspect finished components using vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, and other measuring instruments. Maintain required dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and quality standards. Identify machining defects and report issues to the supervisor or quality team. Maintain machine cleanliness, basic lubrication, and proper housekeeping. Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
