The candidate will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint or coating, maintaining finishing quality, and following safety procedures during painting operations.

Key Responsibilities: Perform painting work on machine components, fabricated parts, structures, and other industrial products. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, and removing rust, dust, oil, and old paint. Apply primer, paint, enamel, and other coatings using spray guns, brushes, rollers, or other equipment. Mix paints, thinners, and coatings as per required specifications. Ensure proper colour, coating thickness, finish, and overall appearance. Inspect painted surfaces for defects such as uneven coating, runs, bubbles, or scratches. Perform touch-up and rework wherever required. Maintain and clean spray guns, brushes, tools, and other painting equipment. Follow proper handling and storage procedures for paints, thinners, and chemicals. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the painting area. Follow all required safety precautions and use appropriate PPE.
