• Key Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of components and finished products. Ensure products comply with engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. Conduct dimensional inspection using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and other measuring instruments. Monitor production processes and identify quality deviations, defects, rejection, and rework. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using 5 Why, Fishbone, and other quality tools. Implement and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Prepare and maintain inspection reports, rejection reports, Control Plans, and quality records. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Stores, Purchase, and Suppliers to resolve quality issues. Handle customer complaints and support corrective action implementation. Conduct process audits and support internal and customer quality audits. Monitor quality KPIs, rejection levels, rework, and process improvement activities.
