Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer with hands-on experience in sheet metal and pipe bending quality to ensure products meet engineering drawings, dimensional requirements, and customer quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for inspection, process quality, and resolving quality issues on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of sheet metal and pipe-bent components. Inspect dimensions, bending angles, radius, hole positions, and overall component accuracy. Read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and GD&T. Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions with Production. Maintain inspection reports and quality documentation. Monitor process quality, rejection, and rework. Support customer complaints, audits, and CAPA/RCA activities. Required Skills Strong knowledge of sheet metal and pipe bending quality inspection. Experience with Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Radius Gauge, and other measuring instruments. Good understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T. Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, RCA, and CAPA. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and quality documentation.
