The candidate will be responsible for coordinating design, prototype development, trials, testing, and successful transfer of new products to regular production.

Key Responsibilities Handle new product development from concept to production. Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Purchase, and suppliers. Prepare and maintain BOM, drawings, process documents, and NPD records. Coordinate prototype development, trials, and testing. Identify and resolve development-related issues. Support PPAP and production transfer activities. Monitor NPD timelines, cost, quality, and delivery targets. Required Skills Good knowledge of NPD and manufacturing processes. Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T. Knowledge of BOM, PPAP, APQP, and prototype development. Good coordination and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of sheet metal, fabrication, machining, or automotive components is preferred.
