Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and monitor project activities from initiation to completion. Prepare project schedules, timelines, and progress reports. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of project activities. Track project milestones, deadlines, material requirements, and deliverables. Follow up with purchase, production, engineering, quality, and dispatch teams. Monitor project progress and highlight delays or potential issues to management. Maintain project-related documents, reports, drawings, and records. Coordinate with customers regarding project requirements, updates, and timelines. Assist in resolving project-related issues and implementing corrective actions. Prepare regular MIS and project status reports for management. Ensure projects are completed as per customer specifications and agreed timelines
