We are looking for an experienced Production Head to oversee complete production operations and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and resources. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, reducing rejection and downtime, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and control overall production activities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Prepare production plans based on customer requirements and delivery schedules. Monitor manpower, machine capacity, material availability, and production efficiency. Supervise Production Engineers, Supervisors, Operators, and shop-floor personnel. Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch departments. Monitor machine utilization, productivity, cycle time, rejection, rework, and downtime. Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions. Ensure products are manufactured as per quality standards, engineering drawings, and customer specifications. Drive Kaizen, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives. Control production costs and minimize material wastage, rejection, and machine downtime. Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, work instructions, safety procedures, and quality systems.
