Key Responsibilities Manage overall purchase and procurement activities. Develop and maintain reliable supplier/vendor networks. Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules. Review purchase requirements and ensure timely material availability. Coordinate with Production, PPC, Stores, Quality, Accounts, and Management. Monitor purchase orders, supplier performance, and pending deliveries. Handle supplier quality and delivery-related issues. Identify cost-saving and alternate sourcing opportunities. Maintain purchase records, supplier documentation, and MIS reports. Lead the purchase team and ensure efficient procurement processes. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Procurement, Vendor Management, and Supply Chain. Excellent negotiation and supplier-management skills. Experience in manufacturing/engineering procurement. Knowledge of ERP/SAP and MS Excel. Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
