We are looking for a computer-proficient Computer Operator with good knowledge of Tally, MS Word, and MS Excel to handle day-to-day computer operations, data entry, documentation, and basic accounting-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and supporting routine office work.

Key Responsibilities Perform data entry and computer-based office work. Handle basic accounting entries and transactions in Tally. Prepare and maintain documents using MS Word. Prepare and update Excel sheets, reports, and records. Maintain digital and physical files and records. Assist with invoices, bills, vouchers, and basic accounting documentation. Handle email communication, printing, scanning, and filing. Coordinate with Accounts and other departments for routine documentation. Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of company data. Required Skills Good knowledge of Tally, MS Word, and MS Excel. Good typing speed and data-entry accuracy. Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to maintain records accurately.
