Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complete project planning and execution. Monitor project schedules, progress, budgets, and resource utilization. Coordinate with customers, internal departments, vendors, and contractors. Lead Project Engineers and project teams. Identify project risks, delays, and issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and project requirements. Conduct project review meetings and submit progress/MIS reports. Ensure timely completion and handover of projects. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Project Management and Project Execution. Excellent team leadership and stakeholder coordination skills. Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting. Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel, and ERP/software tools is preferred. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
