Key Responsibilities Generate leads through market research, calls, references, and customer visits. Identify potential customers and new business opportunities. Promote company products and services to prospective customers. Handle customer enquiries and coordinate for quotations and proposals. Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and orders. Maintain customer and lead databases. Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities. Coordinate with Sales and other departments for customer requirements. Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns. Prepare daily/weekly marketing reports and MIS. Required Skills Good knowledge of Marketing, Lead Generation, and Business Development. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Good presentation, negotiation, and follow-up abilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Email. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel for customer
