Handle enquiries through calls, messages, and face-to-face meetings. Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients. Maintain customer/student records and update databases. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery. Achieve assigned counselling, conversion, or enquiry-handling targets. Prepare basic daily/weekly reports. Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good listening, convincing, and counselling abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations. Good follow-up and customer-handling skills. Positive attitude and ability to work with targets.
