. Key Responsibilities A. Online Lead Management * Receive and monitor leads from *IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website, social media, email, WhatsApp and other online platforms*. * Make initial contact with every new lead within the defined response time. * Understand customer requirements and collect all necessary project details. * Qualify leads based on requirement, project size, location, timeline and potential value. * Enter and regularly update all leads in the *CRM/ERP system*. * Categorize leads as New / Qualified / Quotation / Negotiation / Won / Lost. B. Quotation Preparation * Prepare quotations based on approved costing and pricing guidelines. * Coordinate with *Sales, Estimation, Design, Projects and Accounts* wherever required. * Ensure quotations are accurate, complete and professionally formatted. * Send quotations to customers and maintain quotation records. * Track all quotations and ensure timely follow-up. * Prepare revised quotations based on management-approved changes
