We are looking for an energetic Field Recruiter to handle candidate sourcing and recruitment activities through field visits, local networking, references, and other hiring channels. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the recruitment process.
