Key Responsibilities: Study customer enquiries, RFQs, specifications, and technical requirements. Prepare technical and commercial proposals as per customer requirements. Coordinate with engineering and sales teams for technical inputs. Prepare cost estimates, quotations, BOMs, and proposal documents. Obtain prices and technical details from suppliers when required. Compare supplier quotations and evaluate material/component costs. Ensure proposals are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines. Handle customer queries related to technical and commercial proposals. Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, proposals, and customer communication. Follow up on submitted proposals and coordinate with the sales team. Support negotiations and proposal revisions as required. Required Skills: Good understanding of engineering products and manufacturing processes. Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications. Good knowledge of costing, estimation, and quotation
