Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop suitable suppliers for raw materials, components, and engineering items. Send enquiries, collect quotations, and compare prices and commercial terms. Prepare and release purchase orders as per requirements. Negotiate with suppliers regarding price, quality, delivery, and payment terms. Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials. Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and accounts departments. Monitor material requirements and maintain purchase records. Handle supplier issues related to quality, delivery, shortages, and rejections. Maintain vendor database, quotations, purchase orders, and related documents. Support cost reduction and supplier development activities. Required Skills: Good knowledge of purchase and procurement processes. Knowledge of engineering materials, components, and manufacturing processes. Good negotiation and vendor management skills. Strong follow-up and coordination abilities. Good knowledge of MS
