Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee Civil & MEP project planning and execution. Develop project strategies, timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Manage project teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors. Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and safety standards. Coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other MEP activities. Review technical designs, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements. Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions. Manage client relationships and participate in project review meetings. Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, statutory requirements, and safety regulations. Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely completion of project milestones. Review project budgets, procurement requirements, and cost-control measures. Provide regular project updates and MIS reports to senior management. Drive process improvements, cost optimization.
