Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and monitor Civil & MEP project execution. Prepare project schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Supervise civil, structural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other MEP activities. Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical requirements. Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and completion timelines. Identify project delays and technical issues and implement corrective actions. Manage contractors and ensure work is completed as per specifications. Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings. Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements. Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely availability at site. Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to management. Ensure proper project documentation and handover upon completion.
