The candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer communication and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Handle incoming customer calls and respond to basic queries. Explain company products/services clearly to customers. Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities. Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and requirements. Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up information. Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer requirements. Update daily call and sales activity reports. Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate for resolution. Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and follow-up targets. Required Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills. Good convincing and customer-handling abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Office and computers. Good follow-up and coordination skills. Confident and positive attitude. Ability to meet targets and work as part of a team.
