We are looking for an experienced Costing & Estimation Engineer – Civil & MEP to prepare accurate project cost estimates, BOQs, and commercial proposals for civil, HVAC, mechanical, and electrical works. The candidate will analyze drawings and specifications, calculate material and labour costs, obtain vendor quotations, and support the project and management teams in cost planning.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for Civil and MEP projects. Study drawings, specifications, tender documents, and project requirements. Calculate material, labour, equipment, and installation costs. Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare rate analysis and detailed costing sheets. Coordinate with engineering, purchase, project, and sales teams for technical inputs. Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative materials/solutions. Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tenders and customer enquiries. Review project scope and identify cost variations or additional requirements. Maintain records of estimates, quotations, BOQs, and cost-related documents. Support project teams in budget monitoring and cost control. Assist in preparing revised estimates based on design or scope changes.
