We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer – Civil & MEP to handle project billing, quantity measurement, BOQ verification, and billing documentation for Civil, HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical works. The candidate will coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure accurate and timely billing as per project progress and contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and verify RA bills, work bills, invoices, and supporting documents. Measure completed Civil and MEP works at project sites. Prepare quantity take-offs and compare executed quantities with BOQs. Verify contractor and subcontractor bills against actual site work. Prepare rate analysis and assist with variation and extra-item calculations. Maintain records of measurements, BOQs, bills, and project quantities. Coordinate with project, site, commercial, and accounts teams for billing requirements. Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents for billing purposes. Track project variations, additional works, and quantity changes. Coordinate with consultants and clients for bill certification and approvals. Prepare billing status and cost reports for management. Ensure billing documentation is accurate and submitted within timelines.
