Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed project schedules, work plans, and activity timelines. Monitor daily and weekly project progress against planned schedules. Coordinate with site, engineering, procurement, and project teams. Track material requirements, manpower, equipment, and project resources. Identify delays, bottlenecks, and schedule deviations and support corrective actions. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Update project schedules based on actual site progress and changes. Coordinate project milestones and ensure timely completion of activities. Prepare MIS reports and progress dashboards for management. Assist in project meetings and communicate schedule updates to stakeholders. Monitor Civil, HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical activities as per project plans. Maintain proper planning and project documentation.
