Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily work activities and allocate tasks to workers. Monitor manpower, material, and equipment utilization. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, instructions, and project schedules. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and site teams. Monitor work quality and report any issues to the concerned engineer. Track daily work progress and maintain basic site records. Ensure materials are available and properly utilized. Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution. Ensure workers follow safety procedures and use required PPE. Maintain proper housekeeping and discipline at the workplace. Provide daily progress updates to the reporting manager. Required Skills: Good knowledge of site/work supervision. Strong manpower handling and coordination skills. Ability to understand basic drawings and work instructions. Good communication and leadership abilities. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of safety.
